Helena Piccoli, born in Brazil, developed her passion for movement during her youth. At the age of 15, while deeply involved in ballet and modern dance training, she found a love for pilates, the White Cloud Method, and the Alexander Technique. Recognizing the immense benefits of pilates for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, she became certified by the Kane School in 2005 while pursuing pre-med studies at Hunter College in NYC. Since then, Helena has dedicated herself to being a movement trainer, earning certifications in:
